What is the return policy?
We hope you'll love your Aleda planner, but if for any reason you're not completely happy, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your planner must be in resellable condition: unused, unmarked, and with no damaged or crumpled pages or covers.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the return postage costs.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can't take responsibility for lost parcels.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 days.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at alexa@aleda.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and include photos, so we can make it right.
When will my order arrive?
All pre-orders will be shipped in November, ensuring they arrive before Christmas. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your planner is on it's way.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK and Europe.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards via Shopify payments. All payments are processed securely via Shopify.
